Admission Procedure

At KCT Matriculation School, we believe in offering every child the opportunity to receive quality education in a nurturing environment. Our admission process is simple, transparent, and student-friendly.

Steps for Admission

Interaction/Assessment

  • For Kindergarten and Primary, children may be invited for an informal interaction to assess readiness. For higher classes, a written test may be conducted to evaluate academic ability.

Confirmation of Admission

  • Selected candidates will receive confirmation through the school office. Parents must complete the admission formalities, including payment of fees, within the stipulated time.

Application Form

  • Parents/Guardians can collect the admission form from the school office or download it from our official website.

Orientation

  • New students and parents are invited to attend an orientation program to familiarize themselves with the school system, rules, and facilities.

Submission of Documents

  • The completed application form should be submitted along with the required documents (Birth Certificate, Community Certificate, Transfer Certificate (if applicable), Aadhaar copy, and Passport-size photographs).

  • Admissions are based on merit, availability of seats, and adherence to the guidelines laid down by the school management.
