Withdrawals

We understand that certain circumstances may require a child to be withdrawn from school. To ensure smooth processing, parents are requested to follow the guidelines below:

Application for Withdrawal

  • A written request must be submitted to the Principal at least one month in advance.

Transfer Certificate (TC)

  • The TC will be issued only after all dues (fees, library books, and other obligations) are cleared.

Fee Refund

  • Fees once paid will not be refunded under any circumstances.

Disciplinary Withdrawals

  • The school reserves the right to request withdrawal of a student in cases of serious disciplinary violations or repeated academic negligence.

Note

The decision of the school management in matters of admission and withdrawal will be final.
